  1. October 2026
  2. October 2026: wildcard rules, CSV import, AI matching and the link scanner

    SEO 404 Redirect

Development update: fix whole URL patterns with wildcard rules, bring a redirect map in by CSV, let AI pick pages from your catalog, and scan your own links for dead ends.

    • Wildcard rules: prefix, wildcard and regex rules for whole URL patterns, applied in order. Rule analytics show which URLs each rule caught.
    • CSV import and export: bring a redirect map from your old platform, in Shopify’s “Redirect from, Redirect to” format or any two columns. Every row is checked before anything is created.
    • Bulk tools: apply suggested matches in bulk, and redirect, ignore or delete many 404s at once.
    • AI-assisted matching: AI picks the best page from your own catalog and never invents a URL. Matches below your threshold wait for your review.
    • Internal link scanner: checks menus, product and collection descriptions, pages and blog posts for links to pages that no longer exist.
    • Emails: a Monday summary of what broke and what was fixed, plus an optional daily alert for new 404s.
    • Plans: Free, Pro and Business, billed through Shopify, with a 7-day free trial on your first paid plan. Help & Support is in the app.

  3. Basic plan, with an introductory price

    Mobile App Builder

A new Basic plan for brands launching their first app: $74.99 a month for the first 6 months, then $149.99 a month.

Basic is the new first plan, for Shopify brands launching their first app.

    • Included: iOS and Android app, 6 theme presets, AI storefront analysis and app generation, the visual homepage builder, Shopify checkout, scheduled and segmented push (10,000 sends a month), app analytics, 1 live in-app campaign and the app store publishing workflow.
    • Price: $74.99 a month for the first 6 months, then $149.99 a month. Stores that haven’t subscribed before also get a 14-day free trial.
    • Billing shows how many discounted months are left and when the full price starts.
    • Changing plan ends the introductory price. Billing asks you to confirm before it does.
    • We email the store owner 7 days before the introductory price ends, with the date Shopify confirms.

Also in this release: reviews from Judge.me, Yotpo and Stamped, and the wishlist, are part of Growth. Features that aren’t built yet are labelled “coming soon” on the plan cards.

  4. Describe a change: the AI design assistant on Growth

    Mobile App Builder

Describe a change in plain words in Design Studio or eBazoo Live. The AI design assistant proposes it for you to preview, apply and publish.

    • The AI design assistant is now included in Growth. It was on Scale.
    • Design Studio: type a request in the “Describe a change” box in the settings panel. The assistant proposes the edit, and you preview it before applying it.
    • After Apply to draft, Publish now updates your live app over the air, with no new app store release.
    • eBazoo Live: “Describe a change” in the preview menu opens Design Studio in your Shopify admin with your request filled in. No credits are used until you send it.

    Available on Growth and up.

  5. Edit your app design from your own AI tool

    Mobile App Builder

Connect Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client to Design Studio from Settings → AI tools. AI changes go to your draft, and you can always undo them.

Your own AI tool can now work on your app design through MCP (Model Context Protocol).

    • Settings → AI tools: generate an API key, copy the setup for Claude Code or Cursor, and regenerate or turn off the key. Keys expire after 30 days.
    • Your AI tool can read your design, propose changes, apply them to your draft and restore earlier versions. It can’t publish, send push notifications, or touch billing, orders or customers.
    • Before every AI change, the draft it replaces is saved as a version, so you can undo the change from version history.
    • When an AI tool changes the draft you have open, Design Studio shows a banner. If you have unsaved edits, it lets you choose what to keep. Nothing is overwritten silently.
    • A change that makes text hard to read (contrast below 4.5:1) or buttons smaller than 44 pt comes with a warning and a colour that passes.

    Available on Scale and up.

  6. Theme library with several themes per app

    Mobile App Builder

Keep up to 10 themes per app, work on one while another is live, and preview any of them on your phone before you publish.

Adding a template no longer replaces your current design. Themes now works like Shopify’s theme library.

    • Keep up to 10 themes per app, each with its own draft and version history.
    • Add a theme from a template, then customize, rename, duplicate or delete it. The current theme can’t be deleted.
    • Publishing a theme makes it your current theme.
    • Preview on your phone is in every theme’s ⋯ menu, published or not. Each theme gets its own eBazoo Live QR code and store code, so you can try a draft theme without publishing it.
    • The current theme card names the template your live app uses, and notes when your draft uses another one.

Some templates need the Scale plan or higher.

  7. Write push notifications with AI

    Mobile App Builder

Write with AI on the Push page suggests three titles and messages from your goal and what the notification opens.

    • On the Push page, open Write with AI, describe what the notification is for and pick what it opens. You get three title and message options in your store’s tone.
    • Use this fills in Title and Message. Edit them and send as usual.
    • Options fit the phone’s limits (50 characters for the title, 150 for the message) and never include prices.
    • Each request uses 1 AI credit, which is refunded if it fails.

    Available on Growth and up.

  8. eBazoo Demo: see your store as an app before you install

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: the eBazoo Demo app builds a demo of any Shopify store as an app, with its real products and an AI design, and you can keep that design when you install Mobile App Builder.

eBazoo Demo is for stores that haven’t installed Mobile App Builder yet and want to see what their app would look like.

    • Request a demo: enter your Shopify store’s address and your contact details, and confirm your email with a code. eBazoo then builds your store as an app, with your real products and collections and a design drafted by AI.
    • The DEMO button floats over your demo: Get my app, My demos, Rebuild demo (up to 3 times a day), Hide for now and Start a new demo.
    • My demos: sign in with an email code to open every demo you’ve made. There’s one per store.
    • Get my app: see the plans and the current demo offer, then ask for your app. The eBazoo team emails you the install link and next steps.
    • Keep your demo design: after installing Mobile App Builder, open Themes and add Your eBazoo Demo design to your draft.

  9. October 2026: print from Shopify, pick history and plans

    Pick List

Development update: print straight from Shopify admin's Print menu, keep every print in Pick history, tag picked orders, and choose a plan by monthly orders.

    • Print from Shopify: select orders in Shopify admin, or open an order, and choose Print. Pick orders in the app works too.
    • Pick history: every print is a numbered batch. Mark picked adds a picked tag to its orders in Shopify.
    • Plans by order volume: every plan includes every feature, starting with a free plan for 100 orders a month. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.
    • Help & Support: send a question to the eBazoo team from inside the app.
  10. October 2026: ready in bulk, a label per bag and plans

    Pickup Label

Development update: print one label per bag from the app or Shopify's Print menu, mark orders ready in bulk so Shopify emails your customers, and choose a plan by monthly pickups.

    • A label for every bag: choose how many bags when you print, and each one gets its own label (“Bag 1 of 3”).
    • Print from Shopify: select pickup orders in Shopify admin, or open one, and choose Print. The Pickup orders page in the app works too.
    • Ready in bulk: mark many orders ready for pickup at once, and Shopify sends each customer its own “Ready for pickup” email. Printing in the app can mark orders ready too (Settings).
    • Hand over: finish each pickup with Shopify’s Mark as picked up. Printed orders get a tag in Shopify.
    • Plans by pickups: every plan includes every feature, starting with a free plan for 20 pickup orders a month. At the limit, label printing pauses, but marking orders ready keeps working.
    • Help & Support: send a question to the eBazoo team from inside the app.

  12. September 2026: 404 tracking and matching

    SEO 404 Redirect

Development update: SEO 404 Redirect records every 404 on your store and scores each broken URL against your live pages, with a confidence and a reason.

Work on SEO 404 Redirect started with finding broken links as visitors and search engines hit them.

    • Every 404, tracked: a theme app embed runs only on your 404 page. It records the broken path and the page that linked to it, with no cookies and no IP addresses.
    • Matching: each broken URL is compared with your live products, collections, pages and blog posts (same handle, copy numbers, moved type, shared words and typos). Each match gets a confidence score and a reason.
    • Real 301s: every redirect is one of Shopify’s own URL redirects. You can see it in Shopify admin, and it keeps working even if you uninstall the app.
    • Automatic redirects: matches of 95% or more are redirected for you. So are products, collections, pages and posts whose handle changed. Deleted products and collections go to their collection, all products or the home page.

  13. September 2026: app orders, analytics, publishing and plans

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: see the orders your app brings in, honest consent-based analytics, a guided publishing workflow for the App Store and Google Play, and plans billed through Shopify.

    • App orders: Mobile App Builder connects as a Shopify sales channel. Orders placed in the app show under it in Shopify, and eBazoo never stores customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or street addresses.
    • Analytics: see what the app sells. Only shoppers who agreed to analytics are counted, and missing numbers are never estimated.
    • Publishing: readiness checks, including a live test from cart to Shopify checkout, plus app icons, screenshots and a step-by-step guide for your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
    • Maintenance mode: pause your app with a message while you make bigger changes.
    • Plans: Growth, Scale and Enterprise are billed monthly through Shopify. Custom plans start with a quote that you accept and approve in Shopify.
    • Help & Support: send a question to the eBazoo team from inside the app. Replies show on the same page, and we email you when we reply.

  14. September 2026: batch lists, totes and five templates

    Pick List

Development update: merge many orders into one batch list sorted by bin, with a tote for every order, in five print templates from A4 to 4×6 thermal.

    • Batch lists: every item across many orders, merged by product and sorted by bin location, so the route through your shelves is the list.
    • Tote numbers: each order gets a tote, so batch-picked items go straight back into the right order.
    • Five templates: Classic order, Compact orders, Batch summary, Batch by zone and Thermal slip. They print on A4 or Letter paper, or on 4×6 in thermal labels.
    • Batch by zone groups the list by warehouse zone, vendor or product type, with subtotals.
    • Your columns: choose which columns print, such as SKU, barcode, bin, vendor, type and thumbnail, and in which order.
    • Scannable barcodes: Code 128 barcodes for items and orders.

  15. September 2026: pickup list and the 4×6 label

    Pickup Label

Development update: every local-pickup order in one list by location and status, and a 4×6 label that's readable from across the counter.

Work on Pickup Label started with what Shopify’s order list can’t do: show local pickups by status.

    • All pickups in one list: every local-pickup order by pickup location and status. Shipping orders are left out.
    • Works with POS: orders marked ready in Shopify admin or POS show as ready in the app too.
    • The label: the customer’s name in large type, the order number, the pickup location, the order date and item count, the items and the order note, and a shelf line to write where the bags are stored.
    • Every order fits: long names print smaller and long item lists give way first.
    • No customer data kept: the app stores only the order number, location and status. The customer’s name is read from the order when you print.

  16. The idea and the plan

    Pickup Label

Where Pickup Label started: every local-pickup bag easy to find at the counter, and customers told the moment their order is ready.

The idea: shops that offer local pickup hunt for bags on a full shelf, and Shopify’s order list can’t show which pickups are ready. We wanted every bag labelled clearly, and ready orders handled in one go.

    The plan we started from:

    • A 4×6 label for every bag, with the customer’s name big enough to spot from across the counter.
    • A list of every local-pickup order by location and status, kept in step with Shopify admin and POS.
    • Shopify does the emailing: marking orders ready triggers Shopify’s own “Ready for pickup” email, so the app sends none.
    • No customer data kept: the name is read from the order when printing and never stored.
    • Pricing by monthly pickups, not features, starting with a free plan.

  17. The idea and the plan

    SEO 404 Redirect

Where SEO 404 Redirect started: catch every broken link on a Shopify store and fix it with a real 301 redirect, before visitors and search rankings are lost.

The idea: renamed products, deleted collections and old platform URLs leave Shopify stores full of 404s. Visitors hit dead ends, and search engines drop the pages. We wanted every 404 found and fixed, mostly without the merchant lifting a finger.

    The plan we started from:

    • Shopify’s own 301 redirects, so every fix works for every visitor and crawler, and stays if the app is uninstalled.
    • A tracker that runs only on the 404 page, recording the broken path but never the person: no cookies, no IP addresses.
    • A match for every broken URL, with a confidence score and a reason, and strong matches redirected automatically.
    • Free to track, with paid plans for the tools that big catalogs and migrations need.

  18. August 2026
  19. August 2026: catalog sync and bin locations

    Pick List

Development update: Pick List keeps a lean copy of your catalog with SKUs, barcodes and bin locations, and reads orders live from Shopify when you print.

Work on Pick List started with the data a pick list needs, which Shopify’s order lines don’t carry.

    • Lean catalog sync: titles, SKUs, barcodes, bin locations, vendors, product types and thumbnails. It stays up to date as you edit products, and price or stock changes are never sent.
    • Bin locations: store each product’s bin in a metafield, and pick lists follow your shelves.
    • Orders read live from Shopify when you print. No customer data is stored.
  20. August 2026: push notifications, campaigns, reviews and wishlist

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: send push notifications to segments on a schedule, run in-app campaigns, show product reviews and let shoppers keep a wishlist.

    • Push notifications: write a campaign, choose who gets it with segments, and send it now or schedule it.
    • In-app campaigns: popups for new arrivals, flash sales with a live countdown, posters and announcements. Choose when they show and how often, and add coupon codes that are checked against Shopify.
    • Reviews: show reviews from Judge.me, Yotpo or Stamped, or the star ratings Shopify already stores.
    • Wishlist: shoppers save favourites on their phone and come back to them later.
    • Notifications screen: shoppers see the notifications they’ve received in the app, with new ones marked as unread.

  21. The idea and the plan

    Pick List

Where Pick List started: one walk through the shelves for many orders, because Shopify's order lines don't carry bin locations or barcodes.

The idea: stores that pick and pack their own orders walk the shelves once per order, from order printouts that don’t say where anything is. We wanted one list for many orders, in the order of the shelves.

    The plan we started from:

    • Batch lists sorted by bin location, with a tote for every order, so batch-picked items go back to the right order.
    • A lean copy of the catalog for what order lines lack (SKU, barcode, bin, vendor, type), kept fresh by Shopify as products change.
    • Orders read live when printing, and no customer data stored.
    • Print where merchants already work: from the app, and from Shopify admin’s Print menu.
    • Pricing by monthly orders, not features: every plan includes everything, starting with a free plan.

  22. July 2026
  23. July 2026: AI that drafts with you

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: the AI App Generator designs a first app from your catalog and brand, the AI design assistant makes changes you describe, and AI translation brings your app to more languages.

    • AI App Generator: reads your products, collections and brand settings, and your public homepage if you allow it, then designs a first version of your app around your real collections.
    • Interactive demo: try the generated app in iPhone and Android frames, in light and dark mode, before you change anything.
    • AI design assistant: describe a change in plain words. The assistant proposes it as a change you can review before applying it.
    • AI translation: translate your app’s text into the languages your customers use.
    • Privacy: AI only sees your store catalog and brand information, never your customers’ personal data.

  25. eBazoo Live: preview your app on your phone

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: eBazoo Live, our preview app for iOS and Android, shows your draft design on a real phone with your real store, and updates within seconds of saving in Design Studio.

You shouldn’t have to publish a design to see how it feels in your hand. eBazoo Live is the companion app for that.

    • Open your preview: scan the QR code on Mobile App Builder’s Overview page, or type your store code.
    • Your draft, your real store: the preview shows the design you’re working on, with your real products, collections and prices.
    • Updates within seconds: save in Design Studio and the phone shows the change a few seconds later.
    • Share it: anyone with eBazoo Live and your store code can open the same preview on their own phone.

  26. June 2026: Design Studio, themes and phone previews

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: design your app in Design Studio, start from twelve themes, preview it on your phone with eBazoo Live, and publish design changes without an app store review.

    • Design Studio: build the home screen, menus, tabs and your own pages from ready-made sections, then drag to reorder them. Set your colours and fonts once for the whole app.
    • Custom pages: add an About page or a sale landing page, build it from sections like the home page, and link to it from any menu, tab, banner or button.
    • Safe editing: autosave, undo and redo, and a version history you can roll back to.
    • Twelve themes, two for each kind of store: fashion, beauty, electronics, home, sports and general retail.
    • eBazoo Live: our preview app shows your design on a real phone (see the eBazoo Live entry).
    • Live without review: published design changes reach installed apps the next time they open, with no new App Store review.

  27. May 2026
  28. May 2026: the Shopify app and the shopping app

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: Mobile App Builder installs in Shopify admin, syncs your catalog, and runs as a native iOS and Android shopping app with Shopify checkout.

Work on Mobile App Builder started with the two halves every store app needs: the app in your Shopify admin, and the shopping app on your customers’ phones.

    • In Shopify admin: Mobile App Builder installs as an embedded Shopify app. Your products and collections sync automatically and stay up to date as you change them in Shopify.
    • On the phone: one native app for iOS and Android, with a home screen, collections, product pages, search, a cart and an account screen.
    • Always from Shopify: prices, stock and availability are read live from your store, and checkout is Shopify’s own secure checkout.
    • One design file drives both the iOS and the Android app, so every later design change reaches both at once.

  29. The idea and the plan

    Mobile App Builder

Where Mobile App Builder started: a native app for every Shopify brand, built on its own catalog and published under its own name, without writing code.

The idea: Shopify brands want an app of their own, with push notifications and a home screen they control. Usually that means an agency or a developer, and a store release for every change. We set out to make it something a merchant can do from Shopify admin.

    The plan we started from:

    • One native app for iOS and Android, built from a single design, so every change reaches both.
    • Shopify stays the source of truth: prices, stock and availability are read live, and checkout is Shopify’s own.
    • Design changes without a store review: the app loads its design from eBazoo, so publishing a change doesn’t need a new App Store release.
    • AI drafts, the merchant decides: AI proposes a first design from the catalog and brand, and every change is reviewed before it’s applied.
    • The app belongs to the merchant: it’s published in the merchant’s own Apple and Google developer accounts, under their business name.
    • Plans billed through Shopify, with no commission on app sales.
