  2. Help Center guides in Help & Support

    Mobile App Builder

Help & Support links the Mobile App Builder guides in the eBazoo Help Center, and several help answers now match the app.

    • Help & Support has a Help Center section that links to guides for getting started, eBazoo Live, Design Studio, publishing, and plans and billing, plus troubleshooting and FAQ.
    • Help answers now point to the right places: version history is under Theme Library → ⋯ → Version history, and custom pages are added from the page picker in Design Studio’s top bar.
    • The answer on app orders explains what eBazoo keeps: the order number, items, totals, discount codes and status, never customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or street addresses.
    • When you reach your monthly AI credits or push sends, the message says so in plain words and how to get more.

  3. QA: tests and the review checklist

    SEO 404 Redirect

Development update: automated tests for tracking, matching, redirects, rules, the link scanner and billing, and the Shopify review checklist for submission.

    • Automated tests for 404 tracking, matching, redirects, wildcard rules, the link scanner, the catalog, billing, emails, webhooks and Help & Support.
    • Shopify review checklist prepared, covering the scope behind each permission, no protected customer data, a theme app embed instead of theme code edits, signed and rate-limited tracker requests, billing through Shopify with a free plan, redirects made only by the merchant or by settings they control, and emails they can switch off.
    • QA continues alongside development, and the checklist’s final checks run before SEO 404 Redirect is submitted to Shopify.

  4. Describe a change: the AI design assistant on Growth

    Mobile App Builder

Describe a change in plain words in Design Studio or eBazoo Live. The AI design assistant proposes it for you to preview, apply and publish.

    • The AI design assistant is now included in Growth. It was on Scale.
    • Design Studio: type a request in the “Describe a change” box in the settings panel. The assistant proposes the edit, and you preview it before applying it.
    • After Apply to draft, Publish now updates your live app over the air, with no new app store release.
    • eBazoo Live: “Describe a change” in the preview menu opens Design Studio in your Shopify admin with your request filled in. No credits are used until you send it.

    Available on Growth and up.

  5. Open rate for push campaigns

    Mobile App Builder

The Push page shows the open rate of each campaign: how many shoppers opened it, out of the notifications delivered.

    • New Open rate column on the Push page: notifications opened divided by notifications delivered.
    • Tapping a notification opens the product, collection or page it links to, also when the tap starts the app.
  6. October 2026: print from Shopify, pick history and plans

    Pick List

Development update: print straight from Shopify admin's Print menu, keep every print in Pick history, tag picked orders, and choose a plan by monthly orders.

    • Print from Shopify: select orders in Shopify admin, or open an order, and choose Print. Pick orders in the app works too.
    • Pick history: every print is a numbered batch. Mark picked adds a picked tag to its orders in Shopify.
    • Plans by order volume: every plan includes every feature, starting with a free plan for 100 orders a month. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.
    • Help & Support: send a question to the eBazoo team from inside the app.
  7. October 2026: QA and Shopify review checks

    Mobile App Builder

Development update: automated tests across the admin, the backend and the shopping app, and the app checked item by item against Shopify's review requirements for app builders and sales channels.

    • Automated tests for the Shopify admin app, its backend and the iOS and Android shopping app.
    • Install and sign-in: Shopify’s managed install, session tokens and expiring offline tokens, and reconnecting after a reinstall.
    • Privacy: Shopify’s three privacy webhooks for customer data requests and deletion, minimum access scopes, and app orders read without customers’ personal details.
    • Billing: charges through Shopify’s Billing API, with test charges on development stores. Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling are self-serve.
    • Sales channel requirements: the app sees only its own orders, sends product feedback to Shopify, and uses only Shopify checkout. Sales are attributed to the channel.
    • Security and privacy review: what the app stores, what it never stores, and how merchants’ push and integration keys are encrypted.
    • Still to do: a final end-to-end test on a fresh development store, from install to an order in App Orders, before the app is submitted to Shopify.

On 18 October, Mobile App Builder moved into eBazoo’s shared code base for the launch work that followed. The entries from 21 October onwards are dated from that record.

  8. October 2026: ready in bulk, a label per bag and plans

    Pickup Label

Development update: print one label per bag from the app or Shopify's Print menu, mark orders ready in bulk so Shopify emails your customers, and choose a plan by monthly pickups.

    • A label for every bag: choose how many bags when you print, and each one gets its own label (“Bag 1 of 3”).
    • Print from Shopify: select pickup orders in Shopify admin, or open one, and choose Print. The Pickup orders page in the app works too.
    • Ready in bulk: mark many orders ready for pickup at once, and Shopify sends each customer its own “Ready for pickup” email. Printing in the app can mark orders ready too (Settings).
    • Hand over: finish each pickup with Shopify’s Mark as picked up. Printed orders get a tag in Shopify.
    • Plans by pickups: every plan includes every feature, starting with a free plan for 20 pickup orders a month. At the limit, label printing pauses, but marking orders ready keeps working.
    • Help & Support: send a question to the eBazoo team from inside the app.

  9. QA: tests, sample labels and the review checklist

    Pickup Label

Development update: automated tests for pickup tracking, labels, printing, plans and webhooks, sample labels with every field filled, and the Shopify review checklist for submission.

    • Automated tests for pickup tracking, the pickup orders list, labels and printing, plan usage, billing, webhooks and Help & Support.
    • Sample labels: 4×6 labels rendered by the app, including one with every field at its longest, to check that every order fits.
    • Shopify review checklist prepared, covering managed install and session tokens, the three privacy webhooks, removing a store’s data after it uninstalls, reading only the customer’s name (never stored), the scope behind each permission, Shopify’s own customer emails, billing through Shopify, and print links that are signed.
    • The checklist’s final checks run before Pickup Label is submitted to Shopify.

  10. QA: tests, sample prints and the review checklist

    Pick List

Development update: automated tests for catalog sync, templates, printing, plans and webhooks, sample prints of all five templates, and the Shopify review checklist for submission.

    • Automated tests for catalog sync, pick lists and templates, printing, plan usage, billing, settings, webhooks and Help & Support.
    • Sample prints: all five templates rendered by the app with sample orders, to check layouts, barcodes and paper sizes.
    • Shopify review checklist prepared, covering managed install and session tokens, the three privacy webhooks, removing a store’s data after it uninstalls, order access without customer details, the scope behind each permission, billing through Shopify, and print links that are signed.
    • The checklist’s final checks run before Pick List is submitted to Shopify.
